Hi Nigel and welcome to the page and am really pleased you found the website. I am a fellow Paruresis sufferer and if you go on the Manchester feedback page you will see i attended my first workshop recently. I travelled from South Wales to the workshop and it was worth every single mile of my journey. I had known of the trust and it's workshops for 3 years before i went. One of the reasons being i didn't want to go alone, however, i was so fed up and frustrated with my condition that i went alone anyways. I was so determined to get help that when i was around the other workshop members and tutors i settled in quickly. I hope you can find the courage to go alone and try the next workshop also.
