I had some Hypnotherapy last week and it seemed to help for a little while. Then my wife told me that we are going in to London to a works party and staying the night at a hotel up there, Stressed or what! Now I'm having trouble peeing in my "safe" places, it seems to have knocked me right back to square one. Sleepless nights are now the norm. On the plus side, I've been accepted on to a CBT coarse starting this Monday, just got to get through the weekend now.
