Well, I suppose I am a veteran of the board, having been to the first London Workshop a very very long time ago. But like most of you I still have this problem, although I have basically just learned to live with it.
My two biggest freak outs are of course Hospitals, and Long Haul Flights. Hospital is a bridge I'll cross when I get there,(one day, and inevitable I suppose).
But long haul flights really freak me out, 10 years ago I had to go to USA and I asked my GP to refer me to a Urologist to learn to cath. They were both a bit bemused by AP but to be fair they did their best to help.
So here I am again and whilst I may, or may not not have a problem up there I am not risking "lock up" 30,000 feet up with 8 hours to go.
So I will see my GP (sigh) and overcome the embarrassment and ask for a prescription.
10 years ago I remember it was a lo fric size 13, but I am sure he will ask what to prescribe; are these things still the best for that situation?
Its all very depressing.366
