Hi Lewi Unfortunately given the overcrowding in UK prisons, I imagine there is little chance of getting a cell to oneself, unless in an open prison. The Prison Service does acknowledge paruresis, and has special procedures when doing drug testing; however as paruresis is rarely mentioned, most staff are probably not aware of the procedures.
