Japanese gadgets shown on QI

Just watched last Friday's QI on BBC iPlayer
it featured a keyring gadget from Japan which makes the sound of a toilet flushing.
Stephen Fry explained that many Japanese suffer from what he called "Shy pee" or are embarrassed by making a noise when using a cubicle, and they use these gadgets to cover any toilet noises they may make.
The added bonus is that used instead of actually flushing, it saves water!
