Hi Chris,, i am again on this site... i come and go occasionally but never see a way to start moving forward, the workshops seem like they work for alot of folk, i like the pee buddy idea,, unfortunately i am in Dublin and cannot find anything on searches anyway good luck, let me know how you get on or if you know of any workshops,, i think i will have to travel, or at least start to talk about it, regards Martin
