It has been 9 days since I attended the October workshop and I have to say that things have remained positive!
Before I attended the workshop my AP had been at various levels. At worst I could not even pee at home whilst my wife or kids were near by, and at best I could go to a urinal when nobody else was there.
But now I have been using urinals successfully with no problems, albeit under certain conditions i.e. urgency level high and the being in the right frame of mind.
I also have to say meeting the other people in the group gave me a sigh of relief. Just knowing that AP sufferers from different backgrounds and even from different countries, made me feel somehow normal.
A large part of my success is down to the workshop which was led by Andrew and Peter, and also to the other great people who attended the workshop
So if you are reading this and are thinking about booking on the next workshop, do yourself a favour and do it, you will not regret it. I promise!
Many thanks to Andrew and Peter.
