Having been on a beginners and follow-up workshop back in 2005 and made some really great progress I had relapsed to the extent that paruresis was again causing me to avoid doing some of the things that I enjoy in life. There had been 2 or 3 really very anxious moments over the last couple of years, out hiking in groups or on holiday and an occassion at work, these leading to further avoidance. Going on this workshop allowed me to "revisit" this problem, provided instant measurable progress and has got me well motivated to continue regular desensing and improve my situation. Hoping to join up with another delegate to do some desensing at Meadowhall. A big thanks to Andrew, james and all the delegates who were very supportive.
