I have readed most of your messages on this website and I am wondered about the paruresis treatment. I am 18years old and I am suffering of shybladder from my childhood.
I cant pee in public toilets on urinals never.I was trying very different techniques. I know that the problem is psihological. I can go usually only in locked cubicles with my mobile, which redirect my attention. I thik that you must took your time to pee.
Because results of all technques are surface, I am looking after drink or something that could help (alcohol isnt suitable, you cant be drunk in school or job)... But to me personally helps chinese green tea. Drink it hot. Its much more easier to peeing after that. Its not a solution for paruresis, but it helps to relaxing start of peeing.
Green tea or other relaxing teas could help a lot of people suffering paruresis make uric path more relax.
I want to ask if who knows something other that helps to relax? 676
