Geoff : "If in doubt, try it out"! Go on a Workshop, if you can, and you will discover that there are ways of dealing with our problem, that there are many other men just like yourself and that your life need NOT be ruined by this demon. You will find nothing but sympathy, help and friendship. I know this because I've tried it ! Good luck.
