Hi all, I attended the Manchester workshop a few years ago which definetly helped me but i still struggle with paruesis and ive started to think that part of this peeing problem might be physical issues. I've tried every method to beat paruesis without any real success so now im planning on trying the catheters. Anyway, i talked to my gp about using catheters but he disagreed and sent me to see a Urologist doctor at the hospital (an appointment which i waited months for) who said i should get a Cystocopy. So i waited more months for the Cystocopy and when i finally got there the doctor disagreed and said i shouldnt have it done as he thinks its a mental problem and not a physical, and that it could do more harm than good. So now im waiting more months for yet another appointment where i pee in an electric toilet (i forget the medical term) which measures flow rate i think. Basically im just getting the run around and all i want is some catheters! I'm fed up of waiting around so wanted to start just using the catheters myself but im unsure of where to get them, which are the best ones to get and if i can actually get them without a prescription? Thanks
