Hi guys, I've learnt a lot from reading about paruresis on this website and others, and have made an effort on-and-off over the past few years to desense on my own and to use urinals whenever possible (and even when not! I figure it's good practise). I'm at a point now where I can use urinals no problem in an empty restroom, or if there are others around but away from the urinals, but as soon as someone comes stand near me I freeze up. Like us all, I'm tired of structuring my life around AP and so I've been thinking about pairing up with somebody to desense. This post is to see whether there's anyone in Oxford looking for a 'pee buddy'? Sounds weird but I'd be willing to try and see if this is a productive approach.
