Hi Joe, Welcome to the message board. The good news is you've found the UKPT now and not in 5,10 or even 50 years time! Its also good that you have a failsafe, ie a cubicle that you can use if its too busy. A workshop is just what you need to help you overcome this for good. The majority of sufferers would love to be in your position so you dont have as long a way to go as you might think. Speak soon, Mark
