Hi Mark,

Sorry to hear that you have been throwen in the deep end! Couldnt imagine much worse than what you went through. At least now you are in the right mindset to tackle this.

A workshop is definately the way forward along with as much self de-sensing as you can.

Please let us know your thoughts after reading Andrew's advice.
