Workshop here I come

Spoke to Andrew today to confirm September workshop admittance. Looking forward to the experience. Having lived with AP for as long as I can remember, finally doing something about it feels good. I have always been a cubicle man, planning my loo activity in advance to avoid any embarrassment. Distress and a sense of being held back are the factors behind finally taking action. I am 40 and have "improved" over the years but have never done the urinal thing.
Not looking forward to facing my fears but feel I owe it to myself. Cannot thank UKPT enough for just being there and providing an avenue to go down.
