Geoff and all those who will attend a workshop. It is natural to be apprehensive but rest assured that you will undoubtedly have a life changing experience. The advice and knowledge you will learn is a stepping stone towards dealing with this problem and a road towards a better life because you are facing your demons/fears. Take notice and digest what is told to you, embrace and consider all that you will be taught, because believe me it works. I cannot say how much my life changed from attending a workshop, it is mind blowingly unbelievable and TRUE. Be positive and attentive and most of all practice what you learn. Good luck and enjoy
