Hi,

I think it is a good idea to improve public WC's. Most people who struggle are not aware of AP, this site, or the fact that they are not alone. Anything that can be done to increase the chance of someone 'going' is a good idea. Even if it makes people genarally feel more comfortable then thats a bonus! They play music in some WC's for that reason.
