Hi Mike Thanks for that. Can you (or anyone else) help me? I've tried to find it to download it; I've got into A&J's webpage, but cannot find a download for anything other than the latest episode. Can you give me dead simple instructions on where to find it? Or can you email me the file? I use iTunes and iPod. It would be really good to have this on the iPod for use at a workshop; anything that normalises the condition, especially anything publicly broadcast, especially by anyone with street cred, is very very powerful. Help Andrew
