The UKPT has put together an information document about this subject, arising from enquiries we receive from individuals who find themselves unable to provide a urine sample, with potentially severe consequences. It has been posted as a fixed message on this board, and also on the website. Comments are welcome in reply to this message you are reading (the fixed one stays at the top of the board and cannot be replied to.)
