Just a quick update on day two and day three for me - news was not much chance to pee! (in company anyway) I've been at quite a few public toilets but keep going in when nobody else is there. Oh well. I'm trying to take my time and generally take in the toilets and take a few deep breaths after - I'm hoping to reprogram the part of my brain that always seems to go into 'flight or fight' mode when it sees open urinals and see the place through more normal eyes. I haven't been quite at the stage when I'd actually wait for someone and walk in after them but I'm working towards that. I figure if I can get some 'overlapping' time stood at the bowl even if I'm not actually going, then that should help to begin normalizing the whole thing again. Obviously the problem with this is if (or generally when!) the next person comes in to replace them! I've got a bit of a plan for this which is to have my mobile in my pocket and press a button which will make the message alert go off - that should give me a bit of an excuse to pull up and check things out for a minute then hopefully get back to business. Know this probably sounds really sad but I reckon forewarned is forearmed with this! Good luck to everyone over the next couple of days - keep peeing! Pee S Still reading the Mckenna book (see earlier post) - I think it's helping but I'll keep you all posted obviously. 454
