Hi Geoff Use the script we provide on the web: http://ukpt.org.uk/first_visit/first_visit_How_to_Tell_Someone.htm It is short, and leads the listener in by a series of steps that he can understand. You will probably find that he knows someone affected, or may admit to having a misfire in some situations. The first time you go with him after that, expect to be very self-conscious because you know he knows you knew etc etc. Get over the first time, and you can use him as a safety shield. cheers Andrew
