and came across a few pages to do with AP. Well firstly i'll give a little background to the book. The author, Neil Strauss, is determined to become a Pick up artist as he has been terrible at picking up girls his whole life, lost his virginity at 25 etc. He is terrible with woman, has no idea how to talk to them or approach them. So in this book he documents how he becomes a nobody with woman to Top Stud. Well back to the AP bit. He attends a meeting, along with a few others who cant pull, which is held by a top pick up artist who shows them some of his pick up techniques. So there all in a club on the pull, and goes off to the bathroom. In the bathroom he bumps into one of his fellow meeting/seminar attendees. The guy is just standing there (waiting on a cubicle lol). He explains he gets anxious and cant go sometimes. So the author bumps into this guy at another seminar. they're both discussing how successful the seminar was, and the guy explains he still hasnt been laid but his confidence has sky rocketed - so much so he can now pee in a stall with a guy next door to him. He says even if these seminars dont help with picking up girls, at least he can pee now ! Anyways I thought it was enjoyable reading that in the book as in my opinion AP is definitely related to confidence. You got to walk into a public toilet thinking you can do it, for me its walking in just not caring - and more often that not I can go fine!
