The accordion player was truly awful but the workshop was incredibly supportive and progressive. It's just amazing how isolated AP sufferers feel until they find out that they're not alone and that there are lots of people out there facing exactly the same challenges. Having tried just about all the other solutions over a very long period of time I knew that somewhere I needed to make contact with others just like me. The Manchester workshop was the defining place. The weekend proved to me that there is light at the end of a very long tunnel, I managed to do things that I hadn't been able to do for 35 years. I would strongly urge anyone to give it a go. You'll find that you are amongst a lot of very understanding friends. A big thanks to Andrew and Mert and all my other fellow travellers.
