In the men's room at the local supermarket (Lubbock, TX) are two urinals, side by side, (plus a cubicle). Directly over each urinal is a glass-fronted bulletin board. Each day - without fail - the first board carries just the front page of the local paper; the second, the front page of the sports section. The most natural thing in the world is to unzip, glance up, catch a story and start reading. By the second or third line one is relaxed and generally starts peeing. (If uncrowded, people often remain for a minute or two while completing the story.) It's effective and costs virtually nothing. More firms should follow the lead.
