I was not looking forward to this course, but am I glad I went now. It is a must for anybody who has done the beginners course to re-focus your mind and continue desensing. There were many things, hints and tips I had forgotten about.

Thanks to all the friends I met and made on the course, we are a great bunch of people from all walks of life. Hopefully see you again soon.
