Have had this problem for 16 yrs but have shown some improvement after a bladder neck incision,this was recommended by my urologist.Dont know if faulty bladder neck or paruresis came first now as so long ago.Got to point where im up for anything socially and if i cant go then i cant go,what choice is there...sit in and die?NO CHANCE!Still not able to pee in crowded or communal urinyls despite my best efforts,enjoy the pub and a few beers does anyone know if the CDS by Grossman are any good or the book by George Zigourdes?Would appreciate any genuine feedback.Nice one.
