Yes, there are a lot of people at Disney BUT there are also lotsa loos. Chances are you'll never be alone but there's usually an ample supply of both urinals and stalls, so in that sense you'll have sufficient "space." Plus there's an atmosphere at Disney that is very laid-back and friendly. Everybody's usually thinking ahead to their next ride or attraction (or in my case, the next opportunity for ice cream) and people will NOT be focused on how long you take or if your feet happen to be pointing in the "wrong" direction in a stall. You'll have lots of opportunity to practice, so if you don't pee in one Gents, you'll pee in the next.
I wouldn't be much of a paruretic if I didn't scout around and locate "safe" rest rooms. If you get caught short in Epcot, there's a kind of out-of-the-way loo that few seem to know about: It's at the Norwegian pavilion, by the rear of the Viking ship. Mostly, I think you'll do OK though. There's more space in some of those loos than in the first house I lived in.
