Hi Anthony I have not been there, but those who have been to Disney World say there are a lot of toilets scattered round the park and so they were not busy ones, and they found it a comfortable place to be. I suspect this will be the case with most theme parks over there, as they are very family oriented. When you are there, rather than avoid going to a toilet, try popping in even when you do not need to pee - go wash your hands, or comb your hair - so you can get used to what they are like before you actually need to use them for a pee.
