What's to admit? It is not a crime or a failing :-) Your subconscious feels under threat when there are others around, and so urination is disabled; it is totaaly out of your control. To get over this requires a CBT approach - Cognitive Behaviour Therapy: the cognitive therapy addresses what is going on in your mind: illogical thoughts, faulty views of reality etc; the behavioural therapy involves graduated exposure to the threatening situations, under your total control.
We've put all our advice on the linked website - the link is at the top of this page under WEBSITE. So take your time and read up about it. Use this forum to ask questions etc, or email us if you prefer. Then consider attending one of our workshops; there's feedback from past participants on this forum.
I've met going on for 300 men and women who are affected: if they have one thing in common, it is that they are just everyday people, very likeable and easy to be with, and from all walks of life.
So getting working on it friend, and in a positive frame of mind ;-)
cheers
