Hi Marc Like you I have been so glad to find this site, after being alone with the problem for so long. We've all had this type of experience in different ways, at least we can support each other on here. I'm hoping to attend a workshop in the Autumn after reading other people's feedback on the board. I used to have a recurring dream about toilets without doors. I haven't had the dream for ages but still have the paruresis! Good luck, Jane
