My autobiography "Not Your Normal Family" is being published later this month by Authors OnLine. The early chapters describe my increasing problem with paruresis during my childhood and teenage years and my subsequent treatment by CBT at the psychiatric clinic. I hope to have the book on the UKPT book list once it is published.
