Good luck Jane - the beginners workshops are brilliant! You're right, finding out that you're not the only one who can't 'go' is a huge relief (sorry!) isn't it? I'd honestly thought it was just be until I found this site and then I began to believe that actually I was normal but just had a rebellious bladder *lol* I've always told my family and frined about my problem as I assumed it was just another aspect of me being a bit 'insane' and 'wacky' - but no, it's not *hurray* You have friends here Jane, people who understand the kind of issues you have - feel free to post, it's what we're all here for, to chat to :-)
