Yes I have these dreams as well. I actually wonder if the dreaming about it actually re-enforces the negative thoughts. I often have more bad experiences in the dreams than in real life and the dreamed experience seems just as "real". As Martin said it does seem logical that you cannot pee in the dream because you would wet the bed.... so if you dream about needing to pee your brain invents things to make you not do it, like being disturbed, filthy toilet etc. Maybe these dreams are actually at the root of the problem???
