1. It was not really explained that the condition is more than a phobia. The sufferer cannot pee in certain circumstance no matter how much they want to. As it is shown in this clip it was almost like the guy was just a bit shy and did not like to use the urinals. It needed to be made clear that there is a real phyical process going on which actively prevents the valves from operating and no amount of pressure or persuation will make the valves open as they are not under any voluntary control. It was also not explained just how debilitating this can be especially if public toilets are poorly designed. (no mention of urinal dividers etc)Inability to visit social events and travel problems.
2.After the "treatment" we did not actually find out what the "treatment" was or whether it had made any improvement to the guys inability to pee in public or under pressure.
Otherwise it was good exposure for us and at least the guy was presented as an otherwise normal and successful buisiness person. Well done for him for agreeing to appear on TV.320
