Hi Charly In all the cases I have met, this has never occurred. I suspect that this is because one goes to enormous efforts to find a safe place to pee. Ans people with shy bladder do tend to develop a strong sphincter, so can keep it closed against a very strong bladder pressure. cheers Andrew
