There's no "maybe" about it, there is a way out. It is nearly a year since I went on a beginners workshop. In January I went to New Zealand for six weeks and had no probelms using what I had been taught. Yesterday I used a trough without using any of the things I had been taught. No hesitation and no problem when others came in. Also I am able to tell any friends that need to know.
