Hi Loz What a result for all your hard work! We AP's know just how hard it is to tell someone - anyone! Whether professional or friend/relative. So well done to you for sticking with it. As Andrew says, you are an adult now, and can insist on your right to treatment. I can recommend a UKPT workshop when you can find the time. But until then you seem to have a great plan.
