Do not cry tears of sadness, because though you do not know it, you can be helped. Hopefully your psychologist will introduce you to CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy); you will find out how the real world works, and will start to face your fears and to find them to be paper tigers. You will find that this forum will support and encourage you, if you ask it to. So share your story with people who know only too well what it is like; those who have improved their condition will try to show you the way. best wishes Andrew
