Hi Trixie, Don't despair. The first support group I went to in London was all men apart from me. I had severe reservations about going, but Andrew reassured me and after talking to him individually for a while, I felt quite comfortable joining the main group. It's a huge step, but the fact that everyone has the same problem creates an immediate bond and gender no longer seems to matter. I know an all female group would be ideal and hope you get your wish, but failing that, pluck up courage and go to a workshop anyway. Best of luck, Margaret.
